Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
